Extra virgin olive oil.. Cherry tomato and balsamic vinegar..
Lovely... 


Risotto 4 Funghi

Rich combination of Italian Rice with 4 types of mushroom...

Chicken Lasagne

Gratinated pasta sheets layered with Chicken sauce..
Béchamel sauce.. Mozzarella and parmesan cheese..

Linguine al Cartoccio

Crayfish.. Mussel.. Clams.. Calamari and tomato..
Served in an aluminum basket capturing the rich flavors of the sea..
With a little spice..
I Love this...

Carnivore Pizza

Thin crust topped with tomato.. 
Salami.. Ham.. Minced beef.. 
With home made sausage and mozzarella cheese..
Tasted normal.. Should have order their signature pizza "Pizza al Prosciutto"..

 Rum Lava Cake

Irresistibly oozing soft centered chocolate cake served with vanilla ice cream..
I would prefer the ice cream to be more "iced"..
It melted quite fast.. 
Overall it's still as good..
